Publicly guaranteed working-capital loans for companies most exposed to energy costs: energy at least 20% of production costs (in 2025 or at application) or a rise of at least 20% in the cost of goods and materials over the last 3 months year on year. Up to €100,000 (micro), €500,000 (small), €1.5M (medium) and €2.5M (small mid-caps, mid-caps and large). 80% guarantee (70% for larger firms), up to 5 years with up to 12 months grace. Requires a clean record with banks, tax and social security. Apply at a participating bank. €600M budget, available until 31/12/2026 (extendable by 6 months).
