Version of 2026-11-07

Draft: the details of the entity responsible for the platform are still to be filled in.

These terms govern the use of Fundos na Mão. By creating an account, you accept these terms.

1. Who we are

[POR PREENCHER: nome da entidade], tax ID [POR PREENCHER: NIF/NIPC], [POR PREENCHER: morada]. Contact: [POR PREENCHER: email de contacto].

2. The service

Fundos na Mão helps you find funding (Portuguese and European), understand which calls may fit your projects and organise the preparation of applications.

3. Funding information is indicative

  • We summarise calls published by official bodies and always show the source. The official call and regulation prevail over any information on the platform.
  • The matching shown is an automatic pre-selection and does not guarantee eligibility or approval.
  • We are not a fund managing authority. Applications are always submitted by you, on the programme's official portal.

4. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity on your account.
  • You can delete your account at any time on the My account page.

5. Your content

The projects, notes and documents you enter remain yours. You only grant us the permission needed to store them and show them to you and the members of your organisation. You are responsible for having the right to upload that content.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the platform for unlawful purposes, try to access other users' data, overload or disrupt the service, or copy the funding catalogue by automated means.

7. Price

The service is currently free. If paid features are introduced in the future, prices and conditions will be shown before any payment, and the existing free features will be clearly identified.

8. Liability

We do our best to keep the information accurate and the service available, but we do not guarantee it will always be free of errors or interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made based on the platform's information, nor for applications that are not approved or are submitted late.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. For consumer disputes, you may use an alternative dispute resolution body (more information at www.consumidor.gov.pt) or the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.

10. Changes

This is the version of 2026-11-07. If we change these terms materially, we will let you know before the changes take effect.
