Supports collective actions promoting knowledge-based, qualified entrepreneurship in the Algarve. For business associations, chambers of commerce and tourism promotion agencies, non-business R&I entities (ENESII), public agencies working on knowledge transfer, business development, tourism, digitalisation, decarbonisation, internationalisation and entrepreneurship, and non-profits partnering with them. Must be based in the Algarve. Maximum rate of 70%. Budget of €1M.
