Supports integrated research, development and innovation operations (TRL 4 to 9, up to commercial production) to develop and manufacture critical technologies of the STEP Platform in digital and deep-tech technologies and biotechnologies. Co-promotion only, between companies of any size with organised accounts and/or non-business R&I entities (ENESII), in the Norte, Centro, Alentejo and Algarve regions; investments in the Algarve require a separate application. Budget of €76 million. Maximum rate of 80% for the R&D component (85% for ENESII).
