Guaranteed medium- and long-term loans to fund up to 50% of the borrowed capital of investment projects applying to IFIC grant lines (Financial Instrument for Innovation and Competitiveness) or being carried out under Portugal 2030 or the PRR (with an acceptance agreement). Up to 50% of eligible investment (25% for IFIC's AI in SMEs line), with at least 20% equity. Requires a clean record with banks, tax and social security. Apply at a participating bank. €1.5bn budget, available until 31/12/2026 (extendable).
