Supports industrial research and experimental development projects by SMEs and small mid-caps, individually or in co-promotion, in the Centro, Alentejo, Algarve and Lisbon Metropolitan Area regions. Minimum eligible investment of €150,000. The rate follows article 49 of the Innovation and Digital Transition regulation; in Lisbon the maximum is 40%. Single phase from 30/10/2026 to 30/12/2026. Budget of €4.6M.
